On the Practitioner course you learn the classic 5 Step Method. On the Master Practitioner course you also learn the advanced 5 Step Method and additional methods for curing the core causes.

On the Mind Calm Coach course you learn the Mind Calm Meditation method, plus additional exercises. On the Master Coach course you also learn how to teach Body Calm meditation and use the Calm Cure method to help others to clear unconscious conflict and experience peace with life.

Yes! Our courses have been carefully designed to move anyone from complete beginner to Master Practitioner or Master Coach. If you want to get the very best training and the biggest benefits, then go for our more advanced and comprehensive courses. The possibilities are infinite!

The course durations relate to how long you have access to the online training resources and your dedicated trainer. The option to graduate sooner or extend+ your access is available:

You can purchase both courses and graduate with two certificates:

If you do a ‘combined course’ then you can graduate from one of your courses and start earning from your first qualification while continuing your studies with the second course.

If you combine our ‘master’ courses, then you can get the Mind Detox Practitioner and Mind Calm Coach certificates first, and then move on to the advanced courses in our methods. We are flexible and will do all we can to personalise your course(s) so it meets your goals and aspirations.

Our training resources are found in a private area of the Mind Detox Club. You will receive a welcome email after registering with the access info and your dedicated mentor will give you a tour of the Academy Hub during your first meeting.

The training course modules are pre-recorded videos. Every month Sandy also hosts a live Supervision Session webinar - giving extra training, providing community, and answering your questions. You also meet with your dedicated mentor for several live meetings.

Yes. We offer discounted upgrades so you don’t pay for any modules you’ve already purchased. You can pay a one-time upgrade fee or simply continue your monthly payments (if on a payment plan).

Please Note: It usually works out cheaper if you dive in with the more advanced and comprehensive course (rather than upgrading later).

Yes, all of our accredited courses include access to the Mind Detox Club - for the duration of your course.
